What If I'm a Fraud?

Some days, that thought creeps in.

"Who am I to create something called Living Me Authentically?"

The funny thing is, I don't have it all figured out.

I never will.

I'm not a guru.

I'm not a mentor.

I'm not here to tell anyone how to live their life.

I'm simply a soul having a human experience, trying to navigate the many layers of life the best I can.

Some days I feel brave.

Some days I feel scared to be seen.

Some days I question whether my voice even matters.

And some days I wonder if I'm building something worthy of taking up space in this world.

The truth is, I don't believe authenticity is about having all the answers.

I think it's about having the courage to be honest about where you are.

When I look at my life today, I can also recognize something important.

My choices have brought me here.

Not luck.

Not perfection.

Thousands of small decisions—some beautiful, some painful, some messy, and many that I would never want to repeat.

Each one has shaped who I am.

Each one has taught me something.

Each one has contributed to the life I'm grateful to be living today.

Living Me Authentically was never created because I believed I had the answers.

It was created because I know what it feels like to question yourself, to lose yourself, to rebuild yourself, and to keep searching for what feels true.

If something I create—a story, a journal prompt, a sweatshirt, or simply sharing a piece of my own journey—helps someone else feel a little less alone...

Then it has served its purpose.

I'm not trying to lead anyone.

I'm simply walking my own path with my eyes and heart open.

If our paths cross and something from my journey contributes to yours, I'm deeply grateful for that.

Maybe we're all just souls in human bodies, doing the best we can with the experiences we've been given.

Maybe authenticity isn't about arriving somewhere.

Maybe it's simply choosing, one moment at a time, to become a little more honest with ourselves.

And for today...

That feels like enough.
