Like most people, I've lived through chapters that changed me.

I've moved through self-doubt, people-pleasing, heartbreak, divorce, motherhood, rebuilding my confidence, finding my voice, setting boundaries, and learning that doing what feels right for you isn't always the easiest choice.

Through all of it, one lesson keeps finding its way back to me:

Authenticity isn't a destination. It's a daily choice.

Some days that choice feels empowering.

Some days it feels uncomfortable.

And some days, if I'm being completely honest, it's exhausting.

But I've learned that abandoning myself is far more exhausting.

So I keep choosing authenticity.

Again and again.
